Most orders are packed and dispatched within 2 business days after we receive payment.
Delivery Options
- UPS Standard (Tracking Included): delivered without signature by default.
- UPS Signature Required (Optional): available for an additional cost.
Please contact us before placing your order if you’d like to add signature delivery.
After your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking link so you can follow your package online.

We ship to the United States. A flat-rate shipping fee applies to most orders; orders over $130 (before tax) qualify for free shipping, applied automatically at checkout.

We recommend ordering everything you need in one checkout.
We can’t combine separate orders placed at different times, and shipping charges apply to each order individually.
Packaging & Care
Your items are packaged with care to help prevent damage in transit.
Boxes are appropriately sized, and fragile items receive additional protection.
Responsibility During Transit
Packages are shipped at the customer’s risk. If you need extra delivery security, we recommend choosing a
signature-required option.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns on new, unused items within 30 days of delivery — for both defective and non-defective products. Exchanges are also accepted.
Eligibility
- Product condition: New only — item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Return window: 30 days from the date of delivery.
How to Return
- Method: By mail.
- Return label: A return label is available to download and print. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Fees & Refunds
- Restocking fee: 20% of the product price.
- Refund processing time: 14 days after we receive your return.
