Ordering & Shipping

How long does it take to process and ship my order?

Most orders are packed and dispatched within 2 business days after payment is received. Once your order ships you will receive a UPS tracking link by email so you can follow your package.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Standard UPS shipping is free on orders over $130 before tax. The discount applies automatically at checkout — no coupon needed.

Can I request signature-required delivery?

Yes. UPS signature-required delivery is available for an additional fee. Contact us before placing your order to have it added.

Can I combine two separate orders to save on shipping?

Separate orders cannot be combined after they have been placed. To save on shipping, add everything you need to a single cart and check out together.

Parts & Compatibility

How do I know if a part will fit my machine?

Parts are organized by exact machine model. Browse or search to your specific model and the listings will show only compatible parts. If you are unsure which version of a machine you have, contact me and I will help identify it.

What brands and machines do you carry parts for?

The catalog covers Schwinn Airdyne fan bikes, Schwinn IC and AC indoor cycles, Schwinn ellipticals and treadmills, Bowflex home gyms, Keiser M3 and M3+ exercise bikes, LeMond RevMaster Classic and Sport, Star Trac Spinner bikes, and Nautilus treadmills. We also stock a full selection of fitness equipment tools including Park Tool.

My machine model is not listed on the site — can you still help?

Possibly. Contact me with the machine make, model number, and what you are looking for. If I can source the part or point you toward a compatible one, I will.

What if I do not know my part number?

That is common with older machines. Describe the part — what it does, where it sits on the machine — or describe the symptom you are experiencing, and I will work from there. A photo helps if you can send one.

Is the Schwinn Airdyne discontinued? Can I still get parts?

Schwinn no longer manufactures the original Airdyne line, but replacement parts for many models — including the AD6, AD7, AD8, and Airdyne Pro — are still available. Keeping these machines running long after the manufacturer stopped supporting them is one of the core reasons Krislynn.com exists.

Repair Guides & DIY

Can I repair my own fitness equipment?

Many repairs are well within reach of a careful do-it-yourselfer. The site has step-by-step guides for common Schwinn Airdyne, indoor cycling, and Bowflex repairs, including crank removal, chain replacement, grip and seat installation, and more. If a repair is beyond what you are comfortable tackling, professional in-home service is also available.

Where do I find manuals and repair guides?

PDF manuals, assembly documentation, and written how-to guides are available under the Info section of the navigation menu. The site also links to instructional video guides for visual step-by-step help.

What tools do I need for basic fitness equipment repairs?

It depends on the machine. Most indoor cycling and Airdyne work requires hex and Allen wrenches, a bottom bracket tool, and in some cases a chain tool. The site carries a full selection of Park Tool and other specialty fitness equipment tools — browse the Tools category to find what your repair calls for.

Professional In-Home Repair

Do you offer in-home fitness equipment repair?

Yes. Through Atlantic Fitness Repair, I offer professional in-home service across Maryland, Washington DC, and Northern Virginia. Repairs are scheduled by appointment and done at your location.

What does a professional service call cost?

The technician rate is $75 per hour with a one-hour minimum. Travel surcharges range from $65 to $99 depending on your distance from the service area center. Contact us for pricing if you are outside the primary service radius.

What types of equipment do you repair professionally?

Treadmills, ellipticals, indoor cycles and exercise bikes, and weight and cable machines. Common repairs include treadmill belt replacement, motor repair, console replacement, elliptical servicing, and cable replacement. Atlantic Fitness Repair is certified through Stairmaster and Schwinn Fitness.
